Let's come back to this thread and beat our previous records.The longest I have stayed off masturbation is 12 days (Around 6 and half years back). I'll try to beat myself this time. I have stayed clear for 2 days now. That means 11 days more to go

Its has been nearly 4 weeks....temptation is always present, however, I have replaced it with an emergency backup for when I am literally itching for it. Lots of food!!!

I find when I fall prey the next couple of days people seem distant from me, almost as if I have dull expression. I feel it's not worth it for a few seconds of temporary excitement.

Well guys I failed. I reached those 11 days so many years back after many 7 days. Anyway, I'll take baby steps from now on (Important Lesson)

I don't feel like watching porn but somewhere deep down, it feels as if I'm restricting myself. I don't feel like restricting myself anymore. Should I go on? Why? Some of you who have/had restricted yourself for long periods, what is/was your reason for going on?
