Hi everyone
I want to change. I have viewing pornography for years now. I'm in my late 20's, single and a Roman Catholic. I feel so guilty and the best I have managed is about 4 weeks without masterbating.
Can someone be my email buddy on this website? I need support and I can't turn to anyone I know because of the shame and embarrassment.

Welcome to the forum, Frank. I joined 37 days ago ( I know that because I have not looked at porn or masturbated since that day). I am about 10 years your senior, but I have masturbated for about 25 years (since age 13), but last year I began looking at pornography on the internet as well. I am a Christian, and I understand the sense of shame and embarrassment that you feel because I feel it too. You can email me anytime, though I may not be as helpful for the long-term pornography addiction (though I understand its attractions all too well). Keep posting--I think it helps us no feel so alone or ashamed.
