Not sure what to do

Are you with someone that has one of these addictions?

the secret lies in loving yourself-its tough, I know- and its tough to even take my own advice..it really is- YOU have to be selfish- YOU have to stop thinking about him and obsessing on him and his problem that so tottally takes away you from you -you are not selfish- you are not the addict- it makes it tottally impossible to understand.
Reality shift- lying to you is His wish and his way of manipulation for you to accept the reality shift he offers you through lying- he wants you to doubt yourself - he does this through lying- through the threat of his anger if you dont believe him- "how could you accuse me of that after all the lengths I have taken to be faithfull?" This is 'reality shift'- its the tool they use to control you- If he offers you 'indignant anger' he is actually dumping his shame and anger on you and hanging onto the right to masturbate- take no indignant anger and no prisoners Its great he went to therapy- nice for him...be very selfish..very very selfish- he is..so should you be about WHAT YOU NEED AND WANT TO SURVIVE!!! Good luck-
