How do I deal with the fact that My partner is viewing porn and masturbating pretty much every night?

have you talked to him? Told him that it hurts you and you want him to stop?

I have before, when I first found the porn on the computer that was back in 2006, and he always blows me off with Oh I won't do it again! I even thought that buying him porn would help us, but he's now taken to viewing that when he knows I'll be out!

continue to talk with him - suggest and explore different solutions with him - offer some up ask him open-ended questions - if you love him keep the subject out in the open - talk to him at different times (catch him off guard) and keep him thinking about ways he can help kick the habit.

ITS NOT ABOUT YOU! it hurts you i'm sure, but help him as much as you can.

im so sorry, but all i can tell u is that until he knows and admits that he has a problem, there is nothing that u can do. u can help him achieve this 1st step by showing him frequently how much his "habit" is hurting and killing u. unfortunately it took me several yrs to get to this very important step. not trying to discourage u but just want u 2 know what is ahead of u. good luck and God bless.
