all that i can think about is porn. what am i gonna do. i am going to end up losing my wife over this. we got married 3 months ago. three days prior to the big day i was caught using he phone to look up porn on the net. thank god she still married me. but i have viewed porn since and i have masturbated. i cant view porn anymore because i have a new phone with history. so if she sees that it has been erased shell know that i did something. so now ithink about almost every morning. is it possible to overcome?

Yes it is possible, but it won't be easy. Please take the time to read as much here as you can, so you get an idea what you are up against, and why it's happening. You might also read what the wives say about their husbands/boy friends,, and what it does to them in the "spouses and partners of the addicted" section. This may also show you what is ahead for you, if you don't get and make the changes you need. ---------Jon

Yes it is possible. But like what Jon said, you will always have the thoughts. They are not going to go away until you learn self-mastery. Its learning to bridle your passions. Just like riding a horse, you don't control the horse, you use the reins to maneuvar. Find your niche.
