So, you just masturbated, you feel down, you feel lonely, you feel angry with yourself, life is awesome to just waste time in this, why?
-I will tell you what to do right now.
1. Calm down. There is another choice, there is time, there is love, there is friends, there is hope. Go get a snack, eat something! Think about a banana, something else, now relax, breath slow... think about China, think about how much people are sleeping right now, or how many monkeys are climbing a tree lol
2.Remember God still loves you, you got another chance, the end of the world is not here yet.(for the non-cristians, you got another chance, hey! Life is good)
3.Go get out of there! You hate "that" place, get out! Go hug your best friend/girlfriend/pet/a wall/father/mother/a picture, etc! tell them how much do you love them, think about all the things you want to do with them, talk about it if you feel like(talking helps a lot! :) )
4.Now, you were doing something before you masturbated, do that, continue your life, don't stop living! Remember who you are.
5.Well, now, you're calm, you quite, you feel sad, but there you MUST fight this, you must fight this quietly, strongly, and you should start right now.
6.Get a paper, or just think about the thing that got you into this, write it on paper or on your mind. Remember you're strong by just NOT accepting masturbation.
7.Plan how to stop this, plan how to stop the feelings that got you into this. Remember that this is a healing process, you will get out of this over time not magically! Now, i have thought of some things that may help you...
-Get a Filter: You watched porn? or are likely to watch it? Use Firefox navigator and install this Filter: "https://addons.mozilla.org/es-ES/firefox/addon/4351?src=api" Configure it to filter sites with keywords and use it, put a security password.
-Go read the bible, that helps a lot, can calm your soul, ask God to forgive you.
-Get out of your home, do exercise yourself, take a walk, see the beauty of the world
-Talk with someone, get again into the life.
-Note how much days you lasted, so you can check your progress
-Increase your willpower, learn how to control your body, God tell us this is an important gift.
-Help others, i'm doing this ;)
Now, why i wrote this? i wrote this because i just did it, and i thought: "why should i start feeling like crap, when i can be fixing my life?, why i need to put a topic into this forum, saying "i just do it!", when i could just say how i feel, what i'm doing to improve, what i could share to others to help them with their own battle..." I don't know you, but i know what are you feeling like, this is a hard part of your life, you need to put your body/heart/mind into this.
