I didn't intend to write much here over the next few weeks as I have a heavy schedule but I saw your post and wanted to respond.

I think the spiritual sense within, whether religious or not, really does help - even if it's just quiet contemplation, focusiing attention on the positives, that this problem can be overcome. It is very important to remain strong and positive, ever watchful of our individual triggers and never doubting that victory is inevitable.

Keep going.

Hey, I would just ditto what Steve said and encourage you. 70 days is great! I think I made it to 70 and then messed up, too recently. But, we get back up and keep living one day at a time in God's grace and mercy. I think you're doing really well--keep it up.

Its good to read your posts Huppim. I wrote a response to you a while back, but somehow it got deleted when I hit the post button. Maybe my internet connection cut out, I don't know really. I just want to encourage you to hang in there. Lets find some self-mastery, we can pray for it. Christ is the Master. He can strengthen us.
